“China demonstrates serious interest towards Bulgaria and the countries from Central and Eastern Europe, and the large delegation from China arriving here is the proof for that”, says the Chairman of the Council on Economic and Diplomatic Relations and owner of Terraland Group, Mr. Zheng Zhong.
According to him, China is interested in Bulgarian infrastructure projects, the nuclear power project “Belene” and agricultural projects. At a bilateral meeting between Boyko Borissov and Li Keqiang the main themes are the projects related to infrastructure, energy and agriculture.
Zheng Zhong said on bTV that, regardless of how cost-effective and strategically important one project is, the key to its success lies on the people who are responsible for its initiating, coordinating and implementing.
“A world in which everything is personal, human resource is the fundamental factor for the success of a project,” says Zheng Zhong in his speech at the “Agriculture” panel at the “16+1” Business Forum.
