Born in Bulgaria. Graduated Master’s Degree in Engineering from MEI (Technical University - Sofia). He has 30 years of working experience in the field of congress and conference organising activities. Took different management positions in state companies after 1989. Interests: New technologies, International Relations, Germany, China, Russia.
