Council for Economic and Diplomatic Relations (UIC 177137589) is an association operating in private benefit within the meaning of the Bulgarian Non-Profit Legal Entities Act. The main objective of the association is to create an environment of peace, common interest and development between the different national and international institutions and organizations in line with the specific cultural, economic and political differences of each party.

Membership


CEDR strives to create added value for its members and partners.
The organization supports their activities and defend their
principles and interests by acting as their voice and bringing them together.


Regular membership

Regular membership at CEDR are granted to individuals and legal entities - companies and NGOs, who share the values and principles of the organization. The main activities that company members of CEDR operate are in the fields of agriculture, viticulture and enology, construction, healthcare, IT communications, investments, cosmetics and others.

Honorary membership

The Management Board (MB) is entitled to accept as honorary members individuals who sympathize with the objectives of CEDR and contribute to its prosperity. According to their wishes, they have the right to attend meetings of the "MB" and have an advisory vote.

1. The applicant must prepare and submit the following documents:

2. Upon approval by the Board of CEDR the applicant must pay the extrance and membership fees* and send a copy of the payment order to office@cedr.bg.

*The entrance fee is one-off payment of the ammount of BGN 200, which is due no later than 30 days after an written notification. The annual membership fee, which is BGN 700 on annual basis, is due for the year of acceptance in the amount respective to the remaining months to the end of the same year. In the following years the membership fee is due in a full amount by 30th of January.

Structure


The General Assembly is the supreme organ of the Council, which is consists of all members.Same represents the interests of all members and can take decisions on all matters, which concern the activities and existence of the Council.By participating in the General Assembly members manage and control the work of CEDR.

Management


The Management Board (MB) of CEDR is elected by the General Assembly (GA) for a period of three years.
The Board agrees on plans and programs for the activity of CEDR, organizes
the implementation of the decisions of the General Assembly and reports to it.
